Delivery Terms

What are the delivery options and how long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a Foot Imprint Box to create your foot imprint. You can choose to either step your foot imprint into the box at our center or courier to your mailing address in 2-3 working days.

Please contact us to arrange a courier to deliver the same Foot Imprint Box back to our center once you have created your foot imprint. We will not be responsible for any delays thereafter if we did not receive your Foot Imprint Box within 5 days after delivery to your mailing address.

If your foot imprint is OK, we will proceed with your order. Shoe making process will take between 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your Foot Imprint Box.

Once order is completed, you can collect your order at our center or courier to your mailing address in 2-3 working days.

Total time taken from making an online order to receiving your item(s) will be approximately 5-6 weeks.

How much does shipping cost?

 Standard Delivery (1-3 working days): Free

Collection at our center: Free

However, if your foot imprint is stepped incorrectly or damaged, we will courier a new Foot Imprint Box to you for an additional fee of $50. Otherwise, you can step your foot imprint into the new Foot Imprint Box at our center for an additional fee of $70.

 

How to track my order?

 We will email you the tracking ID once your item (Foot Imprint Box/Shoes) has been dispatched to our courier partners.

Please allow 1 working day for the delivery status to be refreshed. If you are unable to trace your item, please email us at enquiry@tlmbrace.com.sg and we are glad to help.

 

Will there be additional charges for re-delivery?

 If first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, additional 2 re-delivery attempts can be arranged for free.

If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our center. We will be in touch with you via email to arrange a new delivery date. A delivery fee of $20 will be paid by you for each additional delivery attempt.

  

Are there any restricted areas/zones in Singapore that you cannot deliver to?

 We do not deliver to Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, army camps, offshore islands, Resorts World Sentosa and any other restricted areas.

Your parcel may be delayed if our courier partner is unable to deliver your parcel due to the delivery destination being a restricted area.

Can I cancel the order before my item is delivered?

Please email us at enquiry@tlmbrace.com.sg or call us at 6684 2168 within 24 hours after order confirmation if you wish to cancel your order. If we have received full payment of your order, we will refund the total amount paid for your order after cancellation request is approved.

Any request made after 24 hours of order confirmation and before shoe making starts will require a charge of $50 for the costs we have incurred to process your order. We will refund you the remaining amount received for your order after cancellation request is approved.

A refund cheque will be mailed to your delivery address after your request is processed.

If you would like to cancel your order after shoe making starts, we will not provide any refund for such requests.

 

Do you provide international delivery?

We regret to inform you that we do not offer international delivery at the moment.
